Default Symptoms randomly returning after some progress

Hi everyone for no reason I always make progress then go backwards. I am starting to move a bit more but i am cautious and then boom brain fog, dizzy spells and weakness with headaches all come back. TBI the unwanted gift that keeps giving. Does this happen to anyone else?
