Default "MagMind"

Anyone try this supplement before? It's made by Jarrow Formulas.
Apparently it has a type of magnesium (Magnesium L-Threonate) that "is the only form of magnesium that has been shown, by promising research, to readily cross the blood-brain barrier and provide significant positive effects on cognition, memory, and brain health." ??? I started taking it yesterday. I am desperate for results. Getting frustrated. Also started a fish oil with higher levels of DHA (900 mg).
