How did things go with the Dr?

After my concussion my anti-depressant had to be almost doubled as I went in to a suicidal depression, thought of ways to do but can't do that to my daughter, it happened a while ago again too and I somehow fought my way out of it and with me it just takes time too but it is hell.

Very, very important to take extra special care of yourself, keep fighting.

I'm just about the same. :(

I went to my doctor. She increased my medication dosage and instructed me to see her again in 4 weeks. We'll see what happens.

I hear you about can't do it to my daughter. I can't do it to my kids :(
During my darkest times I wish I didn't have kids (I love my kids more than anything at the same time). Scary :(
