I'm at one month since my injury and I thought I should be better then I realized that I didn't rest and stay off my phone so that makes me feel better knowing that I shouldn't feel better because I didn't rest .... I have ADHD so it's always on my mind but this forum really makes you feel that you will get better and that if your feeling one way that most likely someone else has
