Every concussion leaves a residual injury. Nobody can say what that is for each of us. We all have to make our own choices. Studies suggest that a single serving of alcohol is not a problem.

We all have choices to make. Life is a series of trade-offs. Choose the risks with an understanding of the costs.

I have lived a life with minimal alcohol. I don't think it has left me deprived.
