Default Happy Labor Day!!

Happy Labor Day and a shout out to my girlfriend for staying with me through these past 9 years!!

Even if I have to take extra Advil (is Tylenol better?) I am going to do some stuff with her.

See the philharmonic on Staten Island (my hometown) tomorrow.

Go the movies on Sunday.

We used to go to Atlantic City on Labor day in my black z28 convertible with the top down...(wont mention the speed) now those were some trips!!!

Anyone have some plans this weekend?

Markneil,

So good to hear you will be getting out with your girlfriend and enjoying yourself! Keep up the good work!

I have no set plans for the holiday, but I'll keep busy with my family probably.
Take care and ENJOY YOURSELF!! M-i-m

Woohoo! Tylenol works better for me. Just beware the daily limit so your liver stays healthy. I had a 2hr conversation with 3 dear friends from college. What a treat to be able to handle such stimulation. Hope i dont pay for it tomorrow.

Live it up mark!

Those remaining are fatigue, brain freezes/overstimulation, headaches, sensitivity to light and sound. Insomnia is getting better but still an issue, and appetite is ba-ack! Depression and anxiety are largely under control thanks to Lexapro, exercise, and a very distant light at the end of the tunnel.

Drugs: Lexapro, occasional 2-5mgs ambien. Off amatryptaline. Taking about 453 supplements.

Just started vision therapy, waiting on some blue-tinted prism glasses.

My kid is in a parade with her sports club. I've got to get some heavy duty ear plugs, so my head doesn't explode when the bagpipes go by.

And way less conspicuous than the safety muffs I wore to the last fire works display.

Yup. I own a few pairs. Always have one set in my pocket, one in truck, one in wifes suv, and one in diaper bag. They are comfortable, and noone notices they are in. Plus they work great!

I wear them a lot, and its amazing how it grants me extra time in loud environments like cookouts or family parties!

OK..so I made it to barber and got grizzly adams beard removed. I looked like a mess!!!! and got a marine haircut so I don't have to go back for a while.

We then went for a nice walk on the pier and stayed for an hour and a half. I felt drunk and my head feels full and buzzing, but I got out for Dawn (and me) and that's what counts. We WILL go to move tomorrow. She will have to go to philharmonic alone but she doesn't mind. I just don't have the strength.

Ok so, without looking back at the posts lol, music in me you have non specific plans with family, hope you have fun

hockey is going to her kid's parade of some sort lol. couldn't remember. Sports club..be careful with all that noise!!

kevboy.. I know you have a 5 month old baby that will keep you busy this weekend...keep us in touch on how you are doing..we are all concerned.

underwater had the REALLY long conversation and it went well..i could never be on the phone that long anymore!!!

Samfactor threw in a positive comment!!

And Willgardner, who I think about often, clicked a thank you that is appreciated.

To sitke (how is your ankle), poetrymom and anyone else this damaged brain cant remember, lol, hope you have a nice weekend, even if it is just resting.
