Compound protects brain cells after traumatic brain injury

Article focuses on its use shortly after brain injury, but it has been shown that injury can kill cells up to 20 years after injury, so compound could eventually be given to those with chronic brain injury symptoms years later

This P7C3 group of compounds are the target of the research being started by Calico, the company started by a Genentech and Google group. The research is just starting.

Default Harvard Psychiatrist recommends weed for Concussions?

Has anyone looked into this? Seems to go against everything I have thought or thought I knew about Marijuana. Just for the record I am a devout Mormon who believes that any addictive substance should be avoided - life is hard enough sober let alone with an altered consciousness. IE helping my concussed 16 year old daughter while intoxicated would not really work - if anything could drive me to drink it would be the past year. If anyone has personal experience or knowledge please IM me. Thanks

Default Sneezing Tips / advice

I thought this might be useful for those that find sneezing aggravates symptoms.

http://www.wikihow.com/Stop-a-Sneeze

I have found just point 1 of method 1 to be very effective.

Not really tried the others.
