Simple, start adding vitamins and supplements individually. Every few days add another. Then you can find the culprit.
I take 22 pieces every afternoon. Rarely do I have a problem. I may notice a short term odd feeling but it does not last.

i eat most of mine with food, which helps. and lots of water.
they say iron interferes with absorption of other stuff, so take iron containing stuff separately.

Those remaining are fatigue, brain freezes/overstimulation, headaches, sensitivity to light and sound. Insomnia is getting better but still an issue, and appetite is ba-ack! Depression and anxiety are largely under control thanks to Lexapro, exercise, and a very distant light at the end of the tunnel. Drugs: Lexapro, occasional 2-5mgs ambien. Off amatryptaline. Taking about 453 supplements. Just started vision therapy, waiting on some blue-tinted prism glasses. "You will encounter many defeats, but you must not be defeated. Some may be interacting with each other or prescription meds if you take any. You have to be vigilant and research what supplements and vitamins might interact negatively with each other.
Here is a drug/supplement interaction checker: http://www.webmd.com/interaction-checker/
