yeah it sucks!!!! always rem sleep. and the tremor are internal and only happen when I wakeup up during rem..must be that part of the brain, something gone haywire...and my dreams hurt!! my upper back and head a lot and I am anxious and terrified for about ten minutes after I get up what a way to start the day right where the upper back meets the brain is where the pain is...I don't want to remember my weird dreams muscle relaxant helps a lot just started one..you are smart
I lay like a sleeping walrus during the day and am about the same size at this point...do you think it would help or hurt
