Default internal tremors in sleep getting stronger and lasting longer

After this many years, I don't know what to think or what to do. Still remembering most dreams. still getting burning in spine arms legs. the tremors actually hurt afterwards. my body feels sore.

Is there another board I should be putting this question on.

Remembering your dreams means you are waking up during REM sleep. It's good old MTBI disturbed sleep which no one can give an explanation of! If the sleep tremors like the ones you get before you drift off, like a jolt? then they're normal, our dog used twitch in his sleep we used to think he was dreaming of chasing rabbit! They're hypnic jolts. I wonder whether taking some form of muscle relaxant before bed might help. Do you exercise in the day?

yeah it sucks!!!! always rem sleep. and the tremor are internal and only happen when I wakeup up during rem..must be that part of the brain, something gone haywire...and my dreams hurt!! my upper back and head a lot and I am anxious and terrified for about ten minutes after I get up what a way to start the day right where the upper back meets the brain is where the pain is...I don't want to remember my weird dreams muscle relaxant helps a lot just started one..you are smart
I lay like a sleeping walrus during the day and am about the same size at this point...do you think it would help or hurt
