I also experience the jaw clenching and have to make a conscious effort to not do it. I also have started having random muscle twitches and horrible restless/ achy legs- some nights worse than others.

Even more of a reason that I am trying to wean off all these meds and start other OTC products along with my vitamin regimen. Thanks for all this wonderful information.

32 year old female
Fell off pool ladder on 07/26/14 and hit back of head on concrete, was unconscious for a few minutes.

Clear MRI and CT. Meds: 15mg Mirtazapine, heavy vitamin regimen

Symptoms: Anxiety (getting much better), sleep disturbances, fatigue, don't feel like myself

Getting better everyday thanks be to God! War Eagle!
