Default I am so in tears...

I have been struggling so much with all of this. I can't read, noise, being in an environment that has too much stuff (grocery store), vision loss, nausea, vertigo...I am over a year out since my car accident. Extreme emotional dysfunction especially when stressed..... I have felt so alone. I have had people tell me mind over matter....well my mind is so broken.

Knowing what it is like myself, I certainly wouldn't wish it on anyone, but I am really glad I found this site.
