Default Appointment with neurologist

I have an appointment with a neurologist this afternoon, had a rubbish nights sleep feel crummy and have to drive cross town to get there - I'll be shattered by the time I get back :-/ So much to taking things easier this week! Better go and pack some brazil nuts and energy drink...
