Does overstimulation has any effects on the loudness of tinnitus? Since day one of my injury, I suspect that whenever I walk a bit more or have more screen time, my tinnitus is not immediately affected but is louder when I wake up in the middle of night and somewhat louder the next day. I am not too sure this is happening though and it may just be another bad tinnitus day and not because of over stimulation. Any similar experiences? Has it gotten any better for anyone?
