Default thinking I may have gotten another concussion...

Yesterday I was feeling very dizzy and off balance. I got up and started walking in my living room to the kitchen and lost my balance. Long story short theres wood molding on the open frame between the kitchen area and living room. I fell face first into that. Front of my face. My nose instantly exploded with blood and I have a small lump on my forehead. This was morning time, and really dont remember all to much of yesterday.

Today though wow talk about dizzy and nasaeua. Been having the urge to puke all day, and did so twice. Very light sensitive right now as well.

Im going to get off pc as the monitor is really bugging me. Hoping I can get some good sleep tonight, as my baby did not want to nap at all today and just wanted to play. Really took an extreme toll on me. Luckily tomorrow my mother in law is taking her for the day, so I can rest fully all day.

I'm sorry bro. Sounds like the last thing you needed but you get to rest tomorrow and that is good. I'm pulling for you bro. Unfortunately, I don't know enough to make any suggestions or comments about the vomiting or what to do now after getting hit again. I'm sure those that do know will be along and answer before you log back in later.

The Start: MVA, t-boned, on 1-12-14 (my sons 5th birthday) and did not think anything of it.. my back hurt on site but everything else seemed ok. Lost about 10-12 hours from about 3 hours after the accident to the next day...Experienced terrible brain fog for over a month, plus intense headaches, nausea, dizziness, cognitive difficulties, disorientation, no short term memory, depression and just an overall hangover feeling daily.

Current Situation: I'm about 7 months in and my local neurologist has waived her white flag and therefore I am headed to Dallas to be seen (I have family there). The headaches are still daily. I have nausea, dizziness as well.

Drugs I have been on- Vicodin (off), Naproxen (off), proanolol (off), topamax (off), cataflam (off), Midrin (off), Flexeril (off) and now Namenda XR (off), Nortrptylin (off), Verapamil (off)

Therapy- Osteopath, Vestibular and balance therapy, fuzion/soft tissue massage, acupuncture

Drs- ER (no help), GP, Chiropractor, Neurologist and Osteopath

Yup, def going to rest. In one good positive thing though of this, I was able to get a full 8 hours of sleep last night.

Beyond excited about that, but the headaches are 10x worse.

Oh well, going to go lay down in the blacked out living room ahah
