Well looks like I am getting new vitamins and taking more...
Curious as to what the correlation of B12 and Vit D are to TBI? |

B12 is important for nerve fiber health. I think it is needed for myelin. I think D3 helps with inflammation along with other things.

Vitamin D is not a vitamin. It is a protohormone, and used by cells to improve immune function, and moderate pain and inflammation. (some research is suggesting that Vit D in proper amounts may prevent cancer). It enables calcium and magnesium absorption from food and hence strengthens bone.
B12 is used by the nerve cells to repair damaged nerve cell walls and help with nerve transmission. Low B12 leads to many neurological impairments.
