Confused HGH treatment California Doc

Has anyone heard of a neurologist in Encino Califorina who is treating TBI pts with hypopituitarism successfully with various compounded product as well as thyroid and HGH???.
We are desperate..all S/S for hypopituitarism from a major head injury years ago. But cant find research published by him.
