I suffered a concussion on August 20 and two weeks later I had a spike in anger and aggression. This is out of my character.

Welcome to NeuroTalk. Outbursts are common to PCS. The brain malfunctions and releases too much adrenaline. Knowing this can happen can offer us a chance to step away from situations before the outburst happens. Over-stimulation can make this more likely. It is a tough situation. My best to you.
