Default 7 months in

OK, I'm a little over 7 months in and I think my symptoms have just about abated except for my insomnia and tinnitus. Last thing to go recently was my crunching neck and sore eyes.

Good news is when I get some sleep I feel perfectly normal the next day which after so long feeling crappy and out of it is pretty weird, I'd forgotten what it was like and it came as a shock. I can now spend periods not even thinking about PCS. This improvement all happened about two weeks ago and coincided with overdoing walking in the sun, I spent two days feeling terrible and recovering then woke up on the third day feeling normal, no head pressure, or weirdness. I felt happier too so I think I was depressed without maybe realising it. I guess very small shifts in brain chemicals can have a huge effect. I've been chewing licorice root lately but I don't think it's anything to do with it!

I'm really hoping I get into some sort of regular sleep pattern soon as it's still pretty bad which is really frustrating as it's the last piece of the damn jigsaw stopping me lead a normal life. I just know it will calm tinnitus down too. More patience needed I guess.
