Default Vestibular therapy this week

Doing vestibular therapy this week. Was told they would be doing the epley maneuver on me.

Im excited in hoping that it helps the vertigo. But at the same time nervous that it wont. Because what does that mean if it doesnt work?!

Anyways, im excited to give it a go! Think maybe itll help my migraines and cluster headaches?

Anyone have any personal experience with vestibular therapy?
