I'll see how I go with the ground powder, any left over turmeric will be put into a curry. You have to be careful where you prepare turmeric as it stains just about everything!

Hard to say about the beneficial effects because my doc put me on 15 different supplements. It did take a few weeks for some of the effects but the anxiety and depression lifted in about 3 days. Overall, it has been very beneficial.

My doctor is in Toronto, Canada, and is a sports concussion specialist/neurosurgeon. He sees patients from all over the world, and not just for sports related injury. I feel that he and his team have given me a new lease on life, and that is no exaggeration. Relief after 40 years, yes!

:-) Jamie

We really are what we eat! How many folk would take on a new lease of life by adjusting their diet.
