Default Ordered turmeric supplement today. Need some information

I have ordered turmeric suppliments for myself and expect it to be delivered in a week. I have a few questions

1) I took cod liver oil 300mg capsule once a day for about a month until my GP told me to stop because he felt I dont need them anymore. But I bought one more bottle of it and will continue to take them for some time until I feel better. Can I take more than one capsule in a day ? Each capsule has 300mg cod liver oil.

2) I have never taken turmeric capsules before and dont have any idea whether they are easy to digest and what the side effects are if any. Can anybody tell me if I should consume a little more oil as I have read that it helps in the absorption of curcumin or any other dietary changes ?

3) Please see the attached picture and tell me if the contents look good and sufficient of the turmeric suppliment

Thanks for reading
