Kevbo, how is cognitive therapy different from Lumosity games?

I have noticed that as I recover, I am getting better at the games. In other words, my performance on the games is a reflection my recovery. However, I am not sure if the games are actually helping with my recovery.

Well theres some major differences. The therapist will actually teach you workarounds and how to implement them in scenarios where lumosity will not.

I would never ever substitute therapy for lumosity. Never. Lumosity has some games that are repetitive and easy to learn, some are not.

Basically I use it to not lose it. It helps keep those techniques and workarounds fresh.
