Default Need some advice about my unusual symptoms

I am nearing 8 months into PCS. I have to go to work to support my family. My workplace is about 1.2 miles from my home and I usually take my car to my work. I come across a couple of moderate bumps and feel woozy for a second as soon as the car hits the bump and then feel normal again. This feeling only lasts for a second and my driving and concentration is perfect otherwise.

Also after reaching my workplace, I feel kind of foggy and LOST. It can take a little effort to recall things but my memory is fine otherwise. I also feel very very sleepy and uninterested in the surroundings, slurry speech and feel like I cannot put together the correct words or think of the appropriate words while taking to people, which is kind of unusual for me. All this starts after taking those few bumps otherwise I wake up fresh in the morning and dont experience any of these symptoms. Is this anxiety related? Or because I am paying too much attention to it? The symptoms feel far too real btw.

Also I feel the top of my "skull" is more sensitive to jolts and bumps in the car than my brain. I feel the impacts more on the top of my skull as if there is nothing to absorb the impacts in between, if you understand what I mean. I would really be relieved if its just my bone thats sensitive to jolts and not my brain! BTW the sensitive part of the skull is away from the impact site, strange.

I went to a PT and he told me to get my neck checked. He feels there may be a nerve compression which is blocking the blood flow to the brain but after doing some tests, he feels the neck injury is highly unlikely but I should do the MRI regardless. Nobody understands the sensitivity to jolts symptoms and they dont have the slightest of clue about it. I have an appointment with a new neuro next week but I dont have any faith in the medicine after this incidence to be honest
