[I was cleaning up the hard drive and found this from some time ago. Ayurvedic botanical brain food. An old, well respected company and a lot of research. It is cheap too.I have been using this product since about 4 months now and have surely seen some difference in my attention and alertness. My speech has improved a lot too.

Thank you Mark for the link. I guess its called mind care in USA and its the organic version of mentat. I have been taking only one pill once a day as against the recommend dose of 2 pills twice a day and still see huge benefits in my memory and recalling things. My sleep is also better. I read the reviews of this product and mostly see the positive ones. It might work better for some. It just takes a few weeks to see the results but might be worth considering an option if one has patience and looking out for an alternative treatment
