I have extreme trouble recalling memories even from a day before and keep having to remind myself what day of the week it is. is there anyway to remedy this? the only way things get imprinted into my memory is if I keep thinking about it over and over and telling myself to memorise it. I giess s all my other symptoms have gotten better besides the mild constant dizziness and headache.
and thank you again so much for the support (: |

I think you are doing it right. You could add saying it out loud if the situation permits. The idea is to use as many memory functions as possible. Writing down note uses visual memory and tactile memory. Saying it out loud uses auditory memory.
It is a difficult struggle but you are not alone. My best to you.
