Ok. This is my second attempt at a poll (Thanks Lara for your help).
I'm trying to get a sense of how many chronic PCS sufferers inadvertently initiated heavy physical work or exercise within the first week or two of their injury (with the expected outcome of re intensification of symptoms). This is just part of my ongoing personal research as to the mechanism of healing or lack thereof following mTBIs.
