Default Weird feeling like being punched

So this may sound akward, and many may not know the feeling but here goes. Ever since my concussion almost a year ago ill get this weird feeling. Maybe once or twice every 2-3 months.

How many of you have been punched hard in the face? Its that. Its like hey I just got rocked by someone feeling. Lasts about 10 minutes. During that time I get that "rocked" sensation in my face/head as well as total confusion. Im aware of what's going on for the most part, but I get easily confused, cant think, and the headaches rise ten fold. I also get extremely nauseated and dizzy.

Anyone know what this could be? I've presented it both neuro's but have never got an answer.
