Default 7 week Later

Reading some of the posts here I feel very fortunate but I am surprised it has taken this long to get to the point I am. On Oct 26, I had an accident on my bicycle and ended up with a concussion. It has been an incredibly slow recovery. Memory is much better than it was at first. I can endure some light now but still not alot. I have had a headache every day since the accident which has had me concerned. Sometimes I get these wave lines in my vision, kind of like a TV screen with a messed up picture. It lasts only foe a second of two and it is gone. Can anyone relate? Also, the area that raised a bump is still tender to touch, not like it was by far but should it still be tender??

Also, someone mentioned diet changes. If anyone has helpful hints for diet that helped recovery please let me know. Thanks!
