Default Relapse with no reason

Hello from Germany
Since Saturday I am having a bad relapse with all the symtoms of a concussion. But I cannot find out the reason. I dis not Hit my Head, I had no stress. I was feeling pretty good the paar days.

Has anybody experienced something like this?

Anja,

Have you been out running around ? Did you go to a party ? What have you done since Thursday ? What have you consumed ?

Anja,

That happens to me frequently. I have grown weary of looking for the reason why.

There are times I can identify doing something stupid or trying to find out if I am ready for increased activity and other times it just seems to happen.

I just try to live with it now and rest till it blows over unless the cause is obvious.

Bud
