Default Concussion or more worry.

First off I'm a hypochondriac. I just wanted to put that out there but don't belittle my worry because of it. I've had two concussions before I think and suffered from PCS during the first one. My worry lately has been an aneurysm because of these odd headaches and dizziness and blurry vision. But i just remembered I had hit my head last week. Not that hard. I just rubbed on the area and moved on. It was the top back right of my head I think. I was getting into the back of my work van and hit my head on the metal frame. As I said not hard. Well now I'm wondering if I have a concussion/hematoma or something. I also have a slight temperature of 99.1

I think your symptoms would be MUCH worse if you had an aneurism. Head impacts are not a usually cause of an aneurism. They are more associated with high blood pressure and other vascular stresses combined with weak vessel walls. They are rarely symptomatic until they rupture, then the symptoms are extreme and cause a need for immediate medical attention.

What makes you think an aneurism ?

My best to you.
