Default cinnarizine made my tinnitus loud

My Gp gave me cinnarizine and dimenhydrinate tablet for mild vertigo. He told me that my sensitivity to bumps is due to my vestibular damage and this medicine should improve the vestibular function. After taking 4 doses in 2 days, my T is unusually loud today. Anyone has any experience with cinnarizine? I am scared of the permanent consequences. I still have 8 days to.complete the course. I am also taking amoxicillin antibiotic for my stomach infection since 2 days. Can it be that?
