Default Fl-41 Lenses and Massage Tools

Anyone heard of the Fl-41 lenses? I read reveiws and the studies on them and they sound impressive. Life changing for many

I'm looking at getting a pair of the axon optics ones, but therapsecs also has them.

As far as massage tools, Im looking at getting the body buddyback. It's similar to the theracane. I need something to work my back and neck cause that's where lots of my symptoms stem from.

Any thoughts would be appreciated!

We use a Homedics massager like
http://www.homedics.com/massage/perc...-massager.html

I can sit in a chair and move my back against it for additional force.

Be careful with the Fl-41 lenses. There is a lot of hype that can cause people to overcharge for them.

A tennis ball against the wall or laying on the floor slowly rolling on it is cheap & simple..

If you have sore & tight muscles a digital IF stim is something I have found very helpful too.

this is the one I have had for 4 yrs or so now..
https://www.google.com/search?q=Digi...nit&gws_rd=ssl

great for any pain- low back, neck, shoulder, hip...

We've used the tennis ball trick too. Also, a water weenie can be used to roll on and as a spot support when at a chair. Or, you can slice it in half longwise for a chair spot support.

The Homedics massager is less than $40. They go on sale frequently if you watch Walgreens ads and such..

In my experience, the tennis ball just works the soft tissue. The Homedics massager can be put against the bones and cause them to vibrate allowing the muscles to pull them into proper placement. Sort of a chiro adjustment. I have a rib that gets out of joint where it attaches to the vertebra. This helps it settle back into place.
