Default Prolotherapy ?

http://www.caringmedical.com/proloth...sion-syndrome/

They say prolotherapy hopfully clears up PCS if neck is injured. Any thoughts? Stories? personal experience?

How else can one strengthen those ligamants in the neck apart from prolotherapy? I am from a third world to its highly unlikely i will ever get a chance to get this treatment in my lifetime as i am sure none of the docs have even heard of this and repeatedly deny any type of neck injury.

Prolotherapy has been discussed many time, even a week or two ago. It is not a cure all. One still needs to be disciplined with head and neck posture while resting or sleeping. Otherwise, the ligaments are repeatedly stretched and never stabilize the neck.
