I checked out a book called the Trigger Point Therapy Workbook. I skimmed it. Then, I bought a Body Buddy Back.
I tried the exercises and my pain, symptoms, and lot more improved incredibly. I had no idea my muscles were so tight and that TP's can be the cause of lots of symptoms from hearing, sight, headaches and much more. Any jarring used to cause really bad headaches and pressure in my head. It is so much less sensitive now and I believe my source of sens comes from poor anatomy. Perhaps muscles are compressing nerves. Also, i learned that muscles can be in a constant spasm--lots of times a person may not know. The sternoclamastoid, pecs, traps, lats, and upper neck muscles were really tight and weak. Basically, I'm saying that my life has been changed a ton! I hope some of you give it a try. Check out the book. Lots of the exercises can be done with tennis balls, your own hands. But I really think the Body Back Buddy is a necessity. It's by far the best purchase i've made with PCS. |
