Hi, I know what it's like to have lead an active life then be struck down with PCS, totally frustrating. What improvements have you made over the year I know I went from only being able to walk around the block then collapsing in an armchair to walking three or more miles over about 12 months. I cut out alcohol and caffeine (weaning back on it now) Also, are you taking any vitamin supplements like fish oil etc?

Acsiky,

I can't do anything strenous either without repurcussions....can't run at all or walk anything other than getting around, no exercise at all. Very frustrating.

Yeah i take fish oils everyday and a few other things as well. Been doing that for months now. To tell you the truth I have found nothing to actually help a concussion, or at least not mine. Its been a year and 3 months now and the only difference is less headache time. Not able to even come close to my old physical self. I just walk as much as I can. I don't intake any caffeine or alcohol at all.

Yeah man I know how you feel. Especially when I see people who do not have a concussion and are simply lazy and do nothing in the first place.
