Default Hit on the head with basketball

Hey everyone, so it's been about a year since my initial cpncussion, followed by a few taps here and there, also I've been sober and focused on healing for a month now. I've been feeling a lot better, more intelligent, happier, etc. recently.

However, yesterday I was playing basketball with my friend and I was dribbling by the hoop when he shot an air ball that hit straight on the side of my head. It sort of hurt and dazed me but more than anything I was immediately overwhelmed with anxiety over the possibility of sustaining ANOTHER *** ****concussion. Always by the hand of one of my idiot friends.

Anyways, no headaches afterwards (I've never had ANY headaches following hits to my head, what does this mean?) mainly just anxiety and fatigue, however I was tired before the blow. Now, the next day, I simply feel sad, unmotivated, unintelligent, spacey, foggy, irritated, and reclusive. Just like my other concussions. I've controlled my anxiety as I know that it is detrimental to progress, and yes I know to take it easy and cease participation in "high risk" situations such as jokingly shooting around at the basketball court.

I will eat healthy, rest, drink water, take vitamins, etc. but I am wondering if it is possible that I did indeed get another concussion from being hit with a stray basketball. I recall this happening somewhat often in my younger days and I thought nothing of it. Why am I not getting any headaches at all? Is it another concussion? If so have I done serious damage at this point? Will I regain my personality? I really worry for the sake of not only my intellectual pursuit and future but for my sanity and emotional stability as well. Please, please offer any advice as I am in serious need for some. Thank you
