I had a cerebellar tumor that affected my vestibular system. So I have eye control issues.

I experience trouble tracking moving objects (smooth pursuit) and reading. My eyes wobble. The docs tell me to increase the font size. However, that doesn't help because the wobbling still affects my attention. On some days unfortunately my issues are a lot worse than other days.

I have found vestibular rehab has helped somewhat. Eye teaming exercises helped the most in my opinion. Google sterograms (aka magic eye) and cross view (cross eyed eye exercises). Work on those exercises if you can. That being said, time is your best aid.

Two years post-op these issues still plague my life. My life kind of sucks. Luckily I've been experiencing more good days lately.

If you are already able to drive and do a moderate amount of reading (30minutes plus a day) this bodes well for your recovery. Keep doing what your doing, but don't overwork yourself.
