Yup, I get how you feel. There's almost no information available about this problem online probably because people are too ashamed to talk about it.

I've tried different things but nothing seemed to help. The only thing that seems to help is when I get a good night sleep the day after. Usually doing it before you go to sleep and then going to sleep within 30 minutes can help, especially if you sleep well. It helps my symptoms be reduced significantly.

I've been trying to figure out things that can help but other than that I've found nothing. Hoping someone will see this and have an idea, but till then make sure you sleep well.
