Lots of questions sorry. You don't need to answer them if you don't want to but I'm just posting what comes to mind from your post.

Did you had migraines prior to injury or are you having unusual vision problems or hearing problems when this is happening? Does it happen all the time (excess saliva) or just from time to time?

If you have vertigo problems as well as nausea it's possible they're connected.

No broken jaw with head injury? Sometimes if there is nerve damage that can affect saliva production and/or cause swallowing difficulties, although I think you hit the back of your head didn't you?

Think about anything else that may be happening at the time of the excess salivation. Feeling dizzy or have balance problems - Nausea - pain - etc. Maybe you can pinpoint what's going on that way.

I did have headaches after the concussion, now i only have pain in certain points of it, Honestly what worries me the most was that last night I felt terrible. Felt like I was losing feeling in my arms. I also felt like my forehead got swollen and i could feel pulses on my forehead. Any idea on that? Yeah the salivating kind of gets me nauseous but never to a point of throwing up.

I'm sorry you're feeling so badly right now. Have you been resting? Were you seen by a doctor at the time of injury or since then?

I would suggest that you really should consult with your doctor about the excess salivation and difficulty with certain words as well as the tingling feeling you're getting in your arms.

Did you injure your neck when you fell?

Yes my neck was injured,I will point that out to the doctor, its feels like if I slept wrong on it, but it doesnt go away, when I get angry, or nervous my neck swells up,
