Default Insurance / law etc

Anyone ever have to go to court or litigate canada especially. Just curious what the experience was like. So far having a lawyer to advocate has been a god send..

The important part is having a lawyer who truly understands PCS. I always recommend reading up at www.tbilaw.com and www.subtlebraininjury.com Attorney Gordon Johnson explains things from a legal perspective. There are lots of insurance companies that make outlandish claims about the injured party 'malingering.' It takes a good attorney to sort through this BS.

Mark: I tried that number (from the web-site) a couple of times but nobody answers the phone in his office. Have you ever tried calling him?
