Default Manual Lymph Drainage

I did a search on this forum to see if this therapy had been discussed before. I didn't find much so wanted to share with others my experience. It helped relieve some of my dizziness, fatigue and what I call weird brain feeling (it is like my brain is loose inside my head and just kind of rattles around in there or something).

I believe that the lymph drainage really helped me. It helps reduce edema and swelling and inflammation in the body and brain. Go to*edit* to find a therapist. If you can find a therapist that does it at a rehab clinic, insurance may cover it. My Blue Cross insurance would cover it, but work. comp. would not. There have been some substantial studies done on it with TBI, but most of them are in German. My therapist said she has had success with it on stroke patients too.
