Calmor,

What makes you think your symptoms are caused by the B-50 ?

Are you taking any other supplements ?

Try taking your supplement every other day or every 3rd day.

Some people just cannot handle B-50's, or they just don't need that high dose.

A compromise product is B-Right by Jarrow.... it delivers
B's, but in a smaller daily dose and has many in activated forms in addition.

Not usually available locally in stores. But iherb.com has it and Vitacost online probably does. I get mine at Amazon.

Hi Calmor,

I've had the exact same issues with the dreaded B vitamin. Totally irritable & unable to control outbursts- a total 180 from pre-PCS.

Taking them every 3 days has been a huge help (thx mrsD & Lara!)

Also noted your B12 dosage probably needs an increase- my Jarrow methyl B12 is 5000 mcg (ug).

Hope this helps,
Grace
