Default car accident

hey guys i was recently in a car accident about a month ago and imbed ridden because mainly i cant handle any cerebral movement , im so sensetive i cant even close my microwave or walk up the stairs without getting dizzy . does anyone else feel this way or have any tips or info, thankyou so much, please pray for me, im just in bed all day and this sucks

Hi there. Have you been diagnosed with a head injury / TBI? What have the doctors told you to do? The best thing you can do right now is rest and reduce activity and screens as much as possible. It will get better, but you have to rest.

If you give us a little more info., we can help you with more suggestions.

I went to the hospital and they said i didnt have a concussion but i have all these neurological problems and im worried

Do you have a primary care doctor?
An appt with them where you have time to tell him of all symptoms is better than ER.
Emergency is not the best place for detailed info or a complete diagnosis..
Usually they tell you to follow up with your reg dr.

Make a list of everything bothering you and take it to dr appt, it is so easy to forget something important.
