Default recommendations for protein and fat amounts

Is there something like a guideline of how much protein, fat, carbs, etc TBI patiens should eat a day? A standard calculator has put out 75g protein, 60g fat and 300g carbohydrates for my specific height, weight and age. But it refers to healthy persons. May these values be higher for TBI patients?
