Default headaches 7 months after!

My concussion was relatively minor, it was going away 2 weeks post concussion, with only symptom being dizziness (no headache) but my recovery turned into hell when my gf left me and I was left unable to sleep, it dragged for 5 months almost.

Anyway, at the 6 months mark or so I started having headaches regularly. Is that weird? I am really concerned. I never had morning headaches before, I rarely had any in fact, and now it is almost every day.

Also I noticed that any drug that increased circulation or even a very hot shower would make the headache worse. Cold water and ice are good.

Thoughts anyone? experiences?

Thank you

Default

I was told by one therapist that headaches early in the morning, or that are worse in the morning can often be from neck issues not always but, bad posture, whiplash, etc, at first I didnt believe that however after months of having my neck worked on it has reduced morning headaches, unless I do something dumb or sleep funny, or there is just the odd weird one. Not saying that is the cause but worth looking into.. I now usually start the day without one, just takes a bit for it to come on, over stim etc... also mood, anxiety, depression all stuff that can stem from concussion and life circumstances can present as headaches

Hope it gets better, its daunting when you wake up with one!
