Hey man, sucks to hear about your symptoms. I healed through a complete anti-inflammatory diet which sounds skeptical but I urge you to try it. Add me to your contacts and we can talk about it

Anti-inflammatory diets are great but how do you know you did not just finally spontaneously recover ? Many do.

Roller coaster,
What kind of farm tool were you hit with? I have a crop dusting place in Ca. Haven't flown for 13 months now. I am getting better though....handling the everyday without completely stressing out for the most part and sleeping better. 5 hours now usually. I still need to take breaks to rest my mind like today....pretty windy and a lot of work so a bunch of stuff was delayed to tomorrow. Used to be no problem, this year I needed to unwind for a few. Hope all gets better for you soon. Bud |

Hi Bud
I was hit by a fence post pounder on top of the head. Ugh!! The sound of those things gives me the creeps now. Glad you are getting better and able to work some. I stopped working after struggling through several months of still trying to manage the farm. Decided it wasn't worth my health, and I'm doing much better now. Not sure when/if I'll be able to get back to it, but... one day at a time Take care!

RC,
That sounds painful! Mine was an anchor on a freak deal, I sure wish..... I didn't work for 9 months and really had doubts about now. This is the toughest thing I have ever faced. Bud |
