If you want the medicinal value of CBD, it is most available in Charlotte's Web or ACDC (Oracle). At 20 to 1 CBD to THC, there is just enough THC to take the edge off.

Nicotine is not good for a compromised brain.

You don't say what your ongoing symptoms are. It appears that you manifest executive (decision making) struggles. This is common to TBI. Your life will benefit greatly if you can learn to accept the help of others, like your parents or extended family, when you need to make decisions. They were there for you through thick and thin and deserve your respect as they try to help.

My best to you.
THC is necessary in combination with CBDs for pain relief. Charlotte's web is used as an anti-seizure med, not usually for pain. The best pain relief is found in high THC indicas with minimal CBD presence. High CBD, low THC strains are often used due to their limited psychoactive properties, but generally are not the best for pain. They are good for chemo as well.

By the way, CBD is not the only 'medicinal part' of marijuana. There are literally dozens, which is the reason it will never be correctly reproduced synthetically in a lab

I understand that there are more than a dozen CBD related components. Charlotte's Web is commonly used for seizures but is used for a much wider range of neurological conditions. The research I have read says that THC's pain reducing function is enhanced by CBD so that small amounts of THC can help with pain when the CBD levels are adequate.

But, this thread is not about the need to control pain. THC is know to be anxiety inducing. Anxiety is counter to recovery from PCS. CBD reduces this anxiety.

Got it. Your first sentence caught my eye and I felt compelled to respond...

"The medicinal part of cannabis is only the CBD (cannabidiol). The THC that causes the high has not demonstrated any medicinal value."
