Default Eye pain, blurriness and lack of clarity

Does anyone experience bouts of eye pain, blurriness or discolouration that lasts for days to weeks?

I experience all three and they are much worse when my nystagmus is acting up (which is a whole other issue). It sounds like optic neuritis. However, I've met with several eye doctors and none of them diagnosed me as having that.

On days it is severe the sky has a bleach like quality to it and my eyes are incredibly sensitive to light.

The eye pain is an aching sensation and it is worse when I make eye movements. However, it is bearable
