Default Can you have serious neurological (brain damage) deficits without recurring symptoms

I've been working on keeping my physical health in good shape to ensure optimal psychological condition and blood flow to organs. I'm exercising every day along with consuming a supplements regimen consisting of: multivitamin, extra B & D vitamins, Omega 3, Magnesium and even probiotics. Considering including turmeric(curcumin extract) into this supplement, but I feel like whenever I take it, it makes me feel worse, but I dunno. This is to suppress my stream of thoughts and convince myself that the brain can heal from most daily activities affecting the brain at the chemical level, hopefully even severe accidents.

Not sure if I've asked this question once already, I don't think so, I looked through my threads and couldn't find a thread that corresponds to this.
Anyways, I keep fearing the brains inability to repair itself. Even when I have no symptoms of damage. Since I'm aware of the fact that underlying perm damage long after a tbi still could be a possibility, but in times of stress, would pcs symptoms then occur so you would know? Or will you simply think slower without ever knowing? If you have no PCS symptoms even during times of stress, does that mean your brain wasn't perm damaged? Or....

It's just so tricky for me, because I have no symptoms that can be noticed. Wouldn't you get a headache if you were stressed or something, maybe even a seizure at worst?

(this is still about my tbi 10 years ago, and also possibly, but not likely, my recent fear of electric shocks reaching the brain)

EDIT:
Okay just found out, I have a thread that's closely related with this regarding the healing phase. BUT, I would still love to know the effects of the supplements, and if curcumin is good for the brain? Of course I know it takes a long while to see improvements. I'm just curious if all the supplements together could increase the healing potential from say maybe: 97% healed brain to 99.99% in theory? Just an example.

There is no way anybody could discern a difference between 97% healed brain and 99.99% healed brain.

Taking supplements and eating healthy will help you perform at optimum levels and tolerate stress better.

If you have no symptoms, Please, Please, get on with your life. You have a lot to look forward to. It appears the only thing holding you back is your anxieties. Some of us would give our right arm to live without symptoms that remind us of our injury.

By simple definition, if you have no symptoms, you have no long term damage. Some people damage their brains during times of development when the brain completely ignores the damaged area and continues to develop in the undamaged areas. Many children experience this situation.

If you broke your leg, the bones would heal so you could walk again but the damage would still be visible in an x-ray. The brain can use other areas to overcome the damaged areas so that damaged area is ignored.

So, please let go of this anchor from your past and move on with your life. Enjoy your symptom free life as a tribute to those of us who live with symptoms every day.
