Default hit temple

Ok. So last night I was pushed off of a couch and hit the floor, rolled and then my left temple slammed onto the solid floor.
This morning I have pain around my temple and pressure above my ear. I know hitting your temple puts you at a higher risk for a brain bleed. I have no vomiting or dizziness as of yet, just the pain and pressure around both my temple and ear. Should I be concerned?
